Application packets are given to the Advisory members of participating schools, and guidance counselors. Applications can be picked up from your school’s guidance counselor or downloaded via the CBGS website.

Lab WorkSelection to CBGS involves multiple criteria. Students will be required to take a mathematics standardized test and complete a writing prompt, where they are asked to compose an essay explaining the themes and significance of a scientific article.

Students are also required to include 2 faculty recommendation forms, a student profile form, and an RCC application document. The full application has information for interested students. Please read it carefully.

To earn dual enrollment credit from Rappahannock Community College, selected applicants must pass the VPT, to be administered in the late spring of the year candidates are admitted.
